1. Return Eligibility
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@plozariniph.world or contact@plozariniph.world within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship the product back to the address provided
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by customer
- Products returned after 14 days
- Products without original packaging
6. Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
9. Geographic Scope
